 The much awaiting annual fete of the Tibetan Welfare Office was held on June 9th at the ground of Tibetan Children’s Village Day school, Mcleod Ganj. The main features of this annual fete are the exciting gambling, beer fishing and delicious Tibetan food. Over 300 hundred people showed up.

 In the busy calendar schedule of global issues, 5th June is marked as the World Environment Day, which observed and celebrated internationally. Since it was first observed in 1972, it has many governements, organizations, businesses and individuals to contribute to a healthier living environment and construct a more environmentally sustainable world.
McLeod Ganj also celebrated the World Environment Day organized by the Tibetan Welfare Office.
