In a country where simple collection of garbage remains to be a problem, it’s impressive for a single institution to manage the collection, segregation and recycling of waste simultaneously. We give you the chance to join a free, guided tour through all the stages of this process.  Interested people meet every Wednesday in the EEC. According to the interests of the weekly group we offer general information about the environmental situation in India, Tibet and Dharamsala, including presentations and documentaries. The group also decides if they would like a short tour through the recycled paper factory and bookbinding section, or whether they prefer a more detailed tour the next day including the segregation center and the daily business of the green workers.
